국제 전기안전규격 상호인정제도(Worldwide System for Conformity Testing and Certification of Electrical Equipment 이다.

IECEE산하의 CB(Certification Body)인증제도는 안전성에 관한 국제규격을 기초로 시험하고, 그 결과가 해당 규격에 적합하다고 증명된 전기제품에 인증을 해주는,‘전기기기의 안전
규격에 따른 시험결과의 상호인정에 관한 IECEE의 제도’로서, 회원국 상호간의 교역을 촉진하고 각국 시험소의 업무량을 감소시키기 위하여 시험성적서의 상호인증을 제도화 하고 있다.
